Appointments/Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to schedule an appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our stylists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Vivid color and color corrections will require a complimentary consultation and a non-refundable deposit to schedule. Your deposit will be used towards the final cost of your service on the day of your scheduled appointment.
Please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. If you no call or no show on the day of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
